Secure recurring psychotherapy sessions for 3 months + with a licensed therapist who specializes in CBT, Somatic Processing, Yoga, and Trauma. Our psychotherapist is also a POC. There are only 4% of clinicians of color within the field of psychotherapy. Sessions run 45min-55min per session.

Our licensed psychotherapist and yoga instructor conducts wellness workshops, staff development classes, and community sessions. Price ranges according to travel, preparation time, and supplies.
