Yoga- Private Training

Secure an hour session of private training. Here you will receive a personalized routine and tailored asana according to your personal mindfulness and wellness goals.

Individual Psychotherapy

Secure recurring psychotherapy sessions for 3 months + with a licensed therapist who specializes in CBT, Somatic Processing, Yoga, and Trauma. Our psychotherapist is also a POC. There are only 4% of clinicians of color within the field of psychotherapy. Sessions run 45min-55min per session.

Speaking Engagements

Our licensed psychotherapist and yoga instructor conducts wellness workshops, staff development classes, and community speaking sessions. Price ranges according to travel, preparation time, and supplies.

LPC Supervision

If you are currently a BIPOC clinician, seeking an LPC Supervisor, contact our office. We have affordable rates for weekly or biweekly supervision and will help guide you on the path to licensure.
